Seit 2015 feiert das Festival Dernier Cri in Montpellier die Techno-Kultur mit Konzerten, Ausstellungen, Filmvorführungen, Konferenzen und Masterclasses und bespielt dabei symbolträchtige Orte der Stadt. Seit zehn Jahren stellt es aufstrebende Künstler der regionalen Szene ins Rampenlicht und empfängt gleichzeitig die wichtigsten Figuren der Bewegung.
Vom 29. Oktober bis zum 8. November bringt die Jubiläumsausgabe neue Generationen und Techno-Legenden zusammen, mit Laurent Garnier als Höhepunkt am 2. November in der Halle Tropisme.
